YEIDA launches 361 plots for sale near Noida airport

Good news for those dreaming of building a home in Delhi-NCR! The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a scheme for 361 residential plots in different categories in Sector-16, 18, 20, and 22D. This could be your opportunity to make your dream a reality, of owning a house near the Noida International Airport in Jewar.

Key Details of the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024:

  • Start Date: July 5, 2024
  • Registration Deadline: August 5, 2024
  • Draw Date: September 20, 2024
  • Location: Near Noida Airport and Film City

The scheme includes plots ranging from 120 square meters to 4000 square meters. Here’s a breakdown of the available plots:

  • 120 sq. meters: 84 plots
  • 162 sq. meters: 77 plots
  • 200 sq. meters: 3 plots
  • 300 sq. meters: 131 plots
  • 500 sq. meters: 40 plots
  • 1000 sq. meters: 18 plots
  • 4000 sq. meters: 8 plots

Out of these, 17.5% or 63 plots are reserved for farmers.

Pricing for the Residential Plots

The price for the plots is set at ₹25,900 per square foot. Based on this rate:

  • A 120 sq. meter plot costs approximately ₹31,08,000
  • A 162 sq. meter plot costs around ₹41,95,800
  • A 200 sq. meter plot will cost ₹51,80,000

Registration Amount and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

Registration amounts for different plot sizes and categories are as follows:

  • For 120 sq. meters: SC/ST – ₹1,55,400; General Category – ₹3,10,800
  • For 162 sq. meters: SC/ST – ₹2,09,790; General Category – ₹4,19,580
  • For 200 sq. meters: SC/ST – ₹2,59,000; General Category – ₹5,18,000

The registration fee for the General Category is 10% of the plot price.

Those who don’t have the funds can take a loan from a bank for the EMD amount. ICICI Bank is financing the EMD for this scheme, with 45 branches involved in this process.

Payment Options After Allotment

  1. Full payment within 60 days of the allotment letter.
  2. 50% of the total premium within 60 days of the allotment letter, with the remaining amount in installments.
  3. 30% of the total premium within 60 days of the allotment letter, with the remaining amount in installments.

For those not selected in the draw, the authority will refund the money.
