Maruti Suzuki increased the prices of its cars across the arena and Nexa by 1.6 % on 16th April due to rising costs and shortage in supplies of auto components.
With a marginal fall of 0.56%, Maruti Alto sold 17,303 units last month and it grabbed third place in the list. It became costly by Rs 12,000 last month, now priced between Rs 2.99 lakh to Rs 4.60 lakh.
