If you have any important work related to the bank that requires you to physically visit the branch then you may want to wrap it up by April 12 (Monday). According to the RBI Bank Holiday List, banks will remain closed due to Ambedkar Jayanti to Baisakhi and Bengali New Year holiday. In view of this, it will be better to reach the bank early in the morning and dispose of all the work.
Not all banks will be closed on the same day. The reason for this is that these festivals are according to different states. Banks in the particular state where the festival is celebrated will remain closed.

According to the information available on the RBI website, in the month of April, banks in different states will get 9 holidays. There will be a holiday for Telugu New Year, Bihu, Gudi Padwa, Baisakhi, Biju Festival and Ugadi, etc. on 13 April. So on April 14, banks will be closed for Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti. On April 15, Himachal Day, Vishu, Bengali New Year, Sirhul, etc. are being holidays. After this, there will be a holiday for Ramanavami on 21 April and Mahavir Jayanti on 25 April. On 24 April, there will be a fourth Saturday holiday.
