Nainital Bank, a subsidiary of Bank of Baroda, has released a notification for recruitment in various posts. Online registration of the application process began on July 17, 2021. Interested candidates can apply online at the bank’s official website on or before July 31, 2021. The bank was established in 1922 by Govind Ballabh Pant and few other prominent personalities of Nainital. Now it is the only scheduled commercial bank of Uttarakhand with 98.57% of its shareholding with Bank of Baroda (BoB).
At present the bank has 162 branches across five states of north India — Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan.
According to an official notification, through this recruitment process Nainital Bank will fill vacancies in the post of clerk and management trainee. The total number of vacancies 150.

Eligibility criteria
i) Qualification:
Graduation/ post graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university. Knowledge of computer operations is essential to apply for these two posts.
Candidates having one to two years of experience in banking or financial or institutions or NBFCs will be given preference.
ii) Age limit: Management trainee: Between 21 to 27 years as on March 31, 2021.
Clerk: Between 21 to 28 years as on March 31, 2021.’
Salary
Management trainee: Lumpsum payment of Rs 30,000 per month.
