Employees are not happy even in the country’s most valuable company Reliance Industries. Because of this, more than 1 lakh 67 thousand employees have left the job of Reliance in a year. According to the annual report of Reliance Industries, a total of 1,67,391 employees of Reliance Industries separated themselves from the company in the financial year 2022-23. Out of this, 41,818 employees are from Reliance Jio and 1,19,229 employees are from Reliance Retail.
Although the figure of recruitment of new people in the company is also good. In the last financial year, Reliance Jio has recruited 70,418 new employees. In the annual report of Reliance Industries, it has been told that a total of 95,326 employees work in Reliance Jio. The company has given a total of 1,43,439,839 hours of training to its employees. Compared to previous years, the number of people leaving Reliance Industries has increased this year. Compared to the financial year 2021-22, there has been an increase of 64.8 percent in the number of employees leaving the company in the financial year 2022-23.
Why did the employees leave the company?
No concrete reason has been revealed so far why the employees of Reliance Industries separated themselves from the company in such a large number. But it is being told that in order to take advantage of the increasing hiring in the retail and telecom sector in the country, the employees of Reliance Industries may have decided to leave the company. Apart from this, it is also being said that employees unhappy with changing their roles in the retail and telecom segments may have also decided to leave the company.
RIL gives training to employees:
In the annual report of Reliance Industries, information about leaving and recruiting employees has been given. The company says that for the better mental and physical condition of its employees during the whole year, the company arranged good training and this facilitated the employees to work.
