Assam's PHE department invites applications for junior civil engineer post; Both men and women can apply
Assam Public Health Engineering Department to recruit 111 junior engineers. Both male and female candidates can apply for the job.
The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department of Assam government has invited applications for the post of junior engineer (civil). Both male and female candidates can apply for this post.
According to the recruitment notification, the date of filling up of online applications will be announced shortly.

Eligibility criteria
i) Educational qualification: Three years diploma course in civil engineering from any AICTE recognised institute. Mere acquiring of higher degree will not carry any weightage.
ii) Age: Between 18 years to 38 years as on January 1, 2021. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per government guidelines for reserved category.
iii) Other criteria: Candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam. They have to produce permanent residence certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes as proof of residency or registration certificate of Employment Exchange in Assam along with the application form.
Selection process
Candidates will be shortlisted and selected on the basis of merit as per academic performance.
