CNG Price Hike: Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), the company supplying CNG, has increased the prices of CNG in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. The company has raised the prices by ₹1 per kilogram. However, in Rewari, Haryana, there has been a decrease of ₹1 in the CNG prices. The changes in CNG prices came into effect on November 23.
In Delhi, the price of CNG was ₹74.59 per kilogram, and it has now been increased to ₹75.59 per kilogram. In Noida, the CNG price has risen to ₹81.20 per kilogram, and in Greater Noida, it is now ₹80.20 per kilogram. The prices in Ghaziabad and Hapur are ₹80.20 per kilogram. Meanwhile, in Rewari, Haryana, the CNG prices have decreased from ₹82.20 per kilogram to ₹81.20 per kilogram.
Earlier, in July, the company had reduced the CNG prices. However, in August 2023, Indraprastha Gas Limited increased CNG prices by ₹1. The rise in CNG prices may lead to increased fares for cab services like Ola and Uber, as these vehicles also use CNG.
