Shares of telecom infrastructure provider RailTel Corporation of India are likely to be listed on the BSE and NSE on February 26. Of late, the initial public offer of the company got subscribed 42.39 times on the final day of subscription on February.

The category reserve for retail individual investors (RIIs) was subscribed 16.78 times, while qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) quota was subscribed 65.14 times and non-institutional investors 73.25 times. The Rs 819.24-crore offer received bids for 2,59,42,43,370 shares against 6,11,95,923 shares on offer, as per data available with the NSE. The company had fixed a price band of Rs 93-94 per share.

Book running lead managers to the IPO were ICICI Securities, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities and SBI Capital Markets. On the other hand, kfintech was the registrar of the issue.

The company is likely to finalise the share allotment of its initial public offer (IPO) on February 23 and will initiate the refunds on February 24. Here’s how you can check the share allotment status of RailTel Corporation IPO:

Select IPO (RailTel Corporation of India)

Then, select one of the options: In case you select the application number, choose NON-ASBA or ASBA and enter the application number.

In case of DPID/Client ID, select NSDL/CDSL and enter DPID.

In case of PAN, enter the PAN Number.

Enter the captcha

Click on the Submit button to know the IPO share allocation status.

Go to BSEIndia.com or click

Click on investors > Status of Issue Application > Application Status Check

Select issue type (equity) and Issue Name (RailTel Corporation of India).

Enter the application number and PAN Number.
