Axis Bank: Shares of Axis Bank will be in focus. The Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI) proposes to sell up to 3.60 crore equity shares of Axis Bank at a floor price of Rs 680 per share. The offer for sale will open on 19 May for non-retail investors and on 20 May for retail investors with an option to additionally sell 2.20 crore equity shares.
Adani Green Energy: The company signed share purchase agreements for the acquisition of 100% interest in SB Energy India from SBG (80%) and Bharti Group (20%).
GSK Pharma: Drug firm GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals on Tuesday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 14.33 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2021. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 138.07 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals said in a BSE filing.
Minda Corporation: Auto components maker Minda Corporation reported a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 12.92 crore for the March quarter against a loss of Rs 299.78 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose by 45% to Rs 801.30 crore during the quarter under review compared to Rs 552.50 crore in Q4FY20, according to a regulatory filing.
Tata Motors: Home-grown auto major Tata Motors on Tuesday reported a narrowing of consolidated net loss at Rs 7,585 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2021, aided by improved sales. The company had posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 9,864 crore in the January-March period of 2019-20, Tata Motors said in a BSE filing.
L&T: Larsen & Toubro International FZE (LTIFZE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to purchase, 6.35% stake in Help Lightning INC., a Delaware Corporation.
Torrent Pharmaceuticals: On a consolidated basis, Torrent Pharmaceuticals’ net profit rose 3.18% to Rs 324 crore on 0.15% increase in net sales to Rs 1,915 crore in Q4 March 2021 over Q4 March 2020.
Sun Pharma: Country’s biggest institutional investor Life Insurance Corporation of India increased its stake in Sun Pharma to 7.026% from 5.010% earlier.
