However, if you feel that the airline’s conduct was not appropriate and didn’t handle the flight delay or cancellation queries properly, you can complain about such cases on the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s AirSewa.

On this app, you can register complaints related to refunds, flight delays, baggage loss, etc. Additionally, the app provides information on flight timings, booking of regional aviation service of flights under Udaan, and also airport locations. The AirSewa app is available in two languages – Hindi and English.

Using the AirSewa app is very easy. Download the app from the App Store or Play Store and enter all your details. Choose the Grievance Redressal option from the various options available on the homepage.

Here, you will find the option for your airline. Enter your details and select the option for ticket, fare, and refund. Then, give the reason for flight cancellation or delay. After that, you can file a complaint about any issues related to your flight.

If your flight gets cancelled, you can claim a refund using the AirSewa app or on the website www.airsewa.gov.in. Just file a complaint about flight cancellation in the app. The app will share your complaint with the relevant airline and assist you in getting a refund.

The AirSewa app resolves many complaints related to air travel.
