Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Recruitment: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of a personal interview.

This recruitment drive will fill up a total number of 44 executive vacancies.

Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL), a joint venture of five leading PSUs of the country including Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), is hiring for executive posts for various departments. A total of 44 vacancies is to be filled up through this recruitment process. The online application process is underway. Interested and eligible persons can apply online for these posts on or before September 15, 2021. Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of a personal interview. The selected candidates shall be posted at any location as per the requirements of HURL.

Eligibility Criteria

Technical and production

Qualification: Candidates should have a full time regular B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (engineering) degree in chemical engineering with minimum of 60% marks with a minimum experience of 15 years.

Age limit: Not more than 50 years.

Executive Grade – 5 (coordination)

Qualification: Candidates should have a full-time bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 20 years of work experience.

Age limit: Not more than 60 years.

Executive Grade – 4 (coordination)

Qualification: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 15 years of work experience.

Age limit: Not more than 60 years.

Executive Grade – 5 (marketing)

Qualification: Candidates should have a B.Sc (Agriculture)/ BE (any discipline)/B.Tech (any discipline)/MBA or PGDBM/PGDM with specialisation in marketing/agricultural marketing/agribusiness management / rural management with a minimum of 20 years of work experience.

Age limit: Not more than 60 years.

Executive Grade – 3 (supply chain)

Qualification: Candidates should have a B.Sc (agriculture)/ M.Sc (agriculture)/MBA or PGDBM/PGDM with specialisation in marketing/agricultural marketing/agribusiness Management/Rural Management with minimum of 10 years of work experience.

Age limit: Not more than 55 years.

Executive Grade – 4 (customer and market insights)

Qualification: Candidates should have a MBA degree in any discipline with minimum 15 years of work experience.

Age limit: Not more than 45 years.

Executive Grade – 3 (customer and market insights)

Qualification: Candidates should have an MBA degree in any discipline with minimum 10 years of work experience.

Age limit: Not more than 40 years.

Executive Grade – 3 (chief security officer)

Qualification: Candidates should have been a commissioned officers in the armed forces or Class-I officers in CAPF with a minimum of 5 years of service.

Age limit: Not more than 55 years.

Executive Grade 2 (security officer)

Qualification: Candidates should have been a JCO / SNCO in the armed forces/ gazetted officer in CAPF with a minimum of 20 years’ service. Honorary Lieutenant/Captain will be preferred.

Age limit: Not more than 55 years.

Executive Grade 1-Security Supervisor

Qualification: Candidates should have been a JCO / SNCO in the armed forces/ gazetted officer in CAPF with a minimum of 20 years’ service.

Age limit: Not more than 55 years.

Salary

Executive Grade-5: Average annual CTC Rs 40 lakhs per annum.

Executive Grade-4: Average annual CTC Rs 27 lakhs per annum.

Executive Grade-3: Average annual CTC Rs 19 lakhs per annum.

Executive Grade-2: Average annual CTC Rs12.5 lakhs per annum.

Executive Grade-1: Average annual CTC Rs 8.5 lakhs per annum.
