The recruitment will be done for the posts of the graduate trainee, diploma trainee, junior supervisor, personal secretary and tradesman trainees (ITI). The total number of vacancies is 54. 1) Graduate trainee (finance): 07 posts
2) Graduate trainee (HR): 06 posts
3) Diploma trainee (technical): 18 posts
4) Junior supervisor (rajbhasha): 01 posts
5) Personal secretary: 02 posts
6) Tradesman trainee (ITI): 20 posts
Eligibility criteria
1) Graduate trainee (finance)
Qualification: Candidates should be a CA intermediate or CMA intermediate/ graduate in commerce from a recognised Indian university with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for SC candidates and 60% marks in aggregate for others.
2) Graduate trainee (HR):
Qualification: Candidates should have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised Indian University with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
3) Diploma trainee (technical)
Qualification: Candidates should have a three-year diploma in mining/ chemical/ mechanical/ electrical/ civil engineering from an institute recognised by AICTE or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates and 60% marks in aggregate for others.
4) Junior supervisor (rajbhasha)
Qualification: Candidates should have a master’s degree from a recognised university in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or
Master’s degree from a recognised university in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
5) Personal secretary
Qualification: Candidates should have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level with typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and stenographic skills. Knowledge of computer is essential and shall be proficient in MS Office etc.
6) Tradesman trainee (ITI)
Qualification: Candidates must have passed SSC (matriculation) equivalent examination from a board recognised by the state/ central Government with ITI / NAC with two years experience in the relevant trade/ discipline in a reputed industrial establishment including on the job training – apprenticeship training if any.
Selection process
The selection of candidates for all the posts will be done on the basis of a written test, skill/ trade or computer proficiency test and psychometric test.
