ITBP constable recruitment 2021: Here’s everything you need to know

Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has published a notification for recruitment to the post of constable (general duty) under sports quota. Eligible and interested candidates can apply only online through the official website of ITBP.

Online application process began on July 5. Last date of online application is September 2, 2021.

Both male and female candidates can apply for this post. The recruitment will be done on contract but is likely to become permanent.

Total number of vacancies: 65

Pay scale

Level 3 in the pay matrix Rs. 21,700 – 69,100 (as per 7th CPC) and other allowances as admissible in the force.

Eligibility criteria

Educational Qualification: Class 10 pass is the minimum eligibility criteria for this post.

Age limit: Between 18 to 23 years. Upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved categories.

Selection process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of screening of application, physical standard test, and detailed medical exam.

Male of unreserved/ other backward classes / economically weaker sections candidates: Rs 100

Female/scheduled castes/scheduled tribes candidates: No fee
