Good news for government job seekers. India Post, the largest postal network in the world, has extended the deadline for submission of the online application date for recruitment to the various posts of Gramin Dak Sevak in the West Bengal circle.
Those candidates who have registered and but have not submitted the final application can do this till August 22, 2021. However, the last date of registration and payment of fee payment is today i.e. August 19, 2021. The West Bengal circle of India Post announced it in a statement. The registration, fee payment and submission of the online application process started on July 20, 2021.

Last date of registration: August 19, 2021
Last date of submission of application: August 22, 2021
Last date of fee payment: August 19, 2021
– Educational qualification:
i) Secondary school examination pass certificate of 10th standard with passing marks in mathematics, local language and English;
(ii) Compulsory knowledge of the local language.
– Age: Between 18 years to 40 years as on July 20, 2021. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for SC, ST, OBC and Divyang candidates as per government guidelines.
1) Level 1 in time-related continuity allowance (TRCA) slab
BPM: Rs.12,000 per month
ABPM/Dak Sevak: Rs.10,000 per month
2) Level 2 in time-related continuity allowance (TRCA) slab
BPM: Rs.14,500 per month
ABPM/Dak Sevak: Rs.12,000 per month
However, the initial fixation of TRCA (Time Related Continuity Allowance) will be done on the first stage of Level-I of the respective category.
Unreserved/ OBC/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) male/ trans-man: Rs. 100
SC/ ST/ Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category and female/ trans-woman: No Fee
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the automatically generated merit list.
