Madhya Pradesh Police has published a notification inviting applications for the recruitment to the post of sub-inspector and constables. This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 60 vacancies under the sports quota. As per the report, this recruitment is taking place after 19 years in Madhya Pradesh Police. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for these posts through the official website of Madhya Pradesh Police at recruitment.mppolice.gov.in. The last day to apply for these posts is September 27, 2021.

The total number of vacancies is 60, out of which, a maximum of 50 vacancies are allotted for constables and the remaining 10 vacancies are allotted for sub-inspectors.
As per the official notification, for constable post in MP police pay scale will be Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,05,000 per month. On the other hand, the pay scale for SI post is Rs 36,200 to Rs 1,14,800 per month.
i) Sub-inspector
– Educational qualification: Candidates should have a graduate degree in any discipline from any recognised university.
– Age limit: Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 33 of age. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable for reserved category candidates as per government guidelines.
ii) Constable
– Educational qualification: Candidates should have passed class 12 from any government recognised board.
– Age limit: Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 33 of age. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable for reserved category candidates as per government guidelines.
In addition, to apply for both positions the candidate should have participated in any national or international competition and also received a medal.
While the unreserved will have to pay Rs 100 as an application fee, the reserved candidates will have to pay Rs 50.
