Meet the team behind Zomato IPO

Deepinder Goyal is the founder and CEO of Zomato. He cofounded a restaurant discovery platform called Foodiebay with his IIT-Delhi batchmate, which was rebranded as Zomato. He has served as the company’s chief executive since its inception.

Aakriti Chopra is among the longest-serving employees at the company. She was promoted to cofounder in June. She is also chief people officer at the company.

Akshant is the CFO of Zomato. He has played a critical role in making the company IPO-ready.

Mohit Gupta is the co-founder of Zomato. He is head of new businesses at Zomato, overseeing the company’s renewed push into groceries.

Rahul leads Product at Zomato. He has played a key role in leading Zomato’s product and tech teams, overseeing the mobile app experience.

Sandhya is company secretary and compliance officer at Zomato.

Gaurav Gupta is the co-founder of Zomato. He heads the supply function at Zomato.
