Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver an address to the nation at 10 am on Friday, according to his office.
His speech comes a day after the total number of Covid-19 vaccination doses in India surpassed the 100 crore mark.
In an opinion piece published on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi described India’s Covid-19 vaccination drive as a journey from “anxiety to assurance” that has strengthened the country, lauding its success to people’s faith in the vaccines despite “various efforts to create mistrust and panic.”
