Indians are showering all their love and support to Subedar Neeraj Chopra, who won India’s first Olympic gold medal. Many state governments and companies have already announced rewards for the 23-year-old athlete who achieved a remarkable feat by throwing Javelin at a distance of 87.58 meters.
The Haryana government has decided to give a reward of Rs 6 crore to Chopra. Along with this, he will also be presented with a class-1 job and plot at concessional rates. Chopra is born in the city of Panipat, Haryana.
