Earlier this week, global markets were lagging as they were moving sideways, coupled with the correction of steps by the US, European and some of the Asian markets. Also, Indian markets have outperformed global markets and were in a hot upward trajectory as against other markets. Other important factor that need to be noted include increased FPI inflows which has led to high liquidity levels. Domestic liquidity has also been good as HNIs and domestic institutions have been investing which has encouraged the markets.
But at the same time cautions have to be drawn as investors need to be selective and be risk managers now. Its like scoring a century and take a fresh guard to ensure that you don’t play a rash shot.
