Trends on the Singapore stock exchange indicates that the Nifty could rise 44 points at the opening bell. Overseas, Asian stocks are trading mixed on Wednesday as investors monitor moves in U.S. Treasury yields. Singapore’s economy grew 7.1% in the third quarter as compared with a year ago, according to the Ministry of Trade and Industry. It was higher than an earlier official advance estimate for 6.5% year-on-year growth. Here is the list of stocks that will be in focus for today’s session.
Coal India: The mining major has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on November 29, 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve payment of interim dividend for 2021-22, if any.
TVS Srichakra: The company said that TVS Eurogrip has joined hands with four-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings as the Principal Sponsor for the next three years (2022-2024).
KDDL: KDDL has acquired 2,06,930 (20.69%) equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Kamla Tesio Dials (KTDL). Post the acquisition, the shareholding of the company has increased from 49.10 % to 69.79 % and by virtue of this acquisition, KTDL has become a subsidiary of the company.
Balaji Amines: The company said that production in the DMF plant has started after carrying out all the rectifications. The DMF plant was shut down on 6 October because of a minor incident.
