Orchid Pharma: Orchid Pharma said that promoter Dhanuka Laboratories proposed to sell 32,80,115 equity shares, representing 8.04% of total paid-up equity via offer for sale, on June 24 and June 25. The floor price for the sale is Rs 375 per share.
Angel Broking: Angel Broking, which crossed the 5-million customer base mark in May onboarding a record 0.43 million new demat accounts during the month, has said that over 80% of its new customers are under 30 years of age, and 90% of them are from small towns.
HCC: Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) reported 49.48% decline in net profit at Rs 157.28 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had clocked a profit of Rs 311.38 crore in the year-ago period.
Reliance Industries: The oil-to-telecom behemoth Reliance Industries will hold its 44th Annual General Meeting on June 24. The company may reportedly make announcements across its telecom, retail and O2C businesses.
Tata Motors: Tata Motors on Wednesday said Guenter Butschek will step down as its MD and CEO with effect from June 30. He will, however, continue as a consultant to the company till the end of this fiscal year.
PNB: The board of state-owned Punjab National Bank (PNB) is schedule to meet on Friday, which among other routine agenda may take up the proposed investment of Rs 4,000 crore by US-based private equity firm Carlyle and others in its mortgage arm PNB Housing Finance.

Piramal Enterprises: The company said the board of directors of the company will be held on Monday, 28th June, 2021, to consider and approve the issue of Secured, Rated, Listed Redeemable Principal Protected Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs. 100 crores along with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 900 crores, the total size aggregating up to Rs. 1,000 crores on private placement basis.
UCO Bank: The lender said the board of directors of the bank approved the proposal for raising of Tier II capital upto Rs.500 crore.
