LIC Housing Finance: Mortgage financier LIC Housing Finance reported a 5% decline in its profit after tax at Rs 398.92 crore in the quarter ended in March 2021 due to higher provisioning for bad loans. It had reported a profit after tax of Rs 421.43 crore in the year ago period.
Jubilant FoodWorks: The company, which operates fast-food chains Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts, on Tuesday reported over three fold jump in its consolidated net profit at Rs 105.30 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2021.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 32.53 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd (JFL) said in a regulatory filing.
Spencer’s Retail: RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group firm Spencer’s Retail Ltd on Tuesday reported narrowing of its consolidated net loss to Rs 34.53 crore for the fourth quarter ended on March 2021. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 49.26 crore in the January-March period a year ago, Spencer’s Retail said in a regulatory filing.
GE Power: GE Power India Ltd (GEPIL) has bagged three separate orders worth Rs 125 crore from STEAG Energy (for Vedanta), Tata Power and JSW Steel. GEPIL has received three separate orders for a combined value of Rs 125 crore (USD 16.54 million) for upgrade of the coal-fired power plants equipment from STEAG Energy (for Vedanta), Tata Power and JSW Steel, according to a statement. GEPIL is part of GE Steam Power.

Capacite Infraprojects: The company has won three contracts worth Rs 384.7 crore from Sheth Developers, Raymond Realty and a few others. Sheth Developers’ order includes construction of high rise residential buildings at Malad and Sion in Mumbai, worth Rs 149.7 crore, while the Rs 136.30-crore order from Raymond Realty is for constructing a high-rise residential building at Thane. It has also received an enhancement order from an existing client for Rs 98.70 crore in Borivali in Mumbai.
Cyient: Cyient has launched Mobius, a software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based solution and decision support platform. Mobius- hosted on Microsoft Azure- consolidates the outage planning and approval process within a central location to provide improved information flow for optimizing schedule plans.
TTK Prestige: TTK Prestige has commenced production with limited labour strength to fulfill export orders at Coimbatore (Tamilnadu) manufacturing facility. Hosur Unit in Tamilnadu is also operational with permitted workers strength to fulfill export orders.
TVS Motor Company: The company has reduced the price of the iQube Electric scooter by Rs 11,250 in line with revision in subsidy under the FAME II Scheme. The electric scooter is now priced at Rs 1,00,777 in Delhi from Rs 1,12,027 earlier.
Bharti Airtel: The telecom major has upgraded its mobile network in Odisha by deploying an additional 5 Mhz of spectrum in the superior 900 MHz band for high-speed 4G services to enhance indoor coverage.
