Arvind Fashions: The company’s consolidated net loss has narrowed to Rs 99.45 crore for the quarter ended March 2021, helped by higher revenue from operations. The company had reported a net loss of Rs 208.12 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago.
Panacea Biotec: Drug firm Panacea Biotec on Wednesday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 54.14 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 The company had posted a net loss of Rs 69.70 crore for the corresponding period of the previous financial year, Panacea Biotec said in a BSE filing.

Glenmark Pharma: Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has received final approval by the United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for Theophylline ExtendedRelease Tablets, 300 mg and 450 mg, bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug, Theophylline Extended-Release Tablets, 300 mg and 450 mg, of Alembic Pharmaceuticals.
BEML: BEML has successfully started manufacturing 960 LPM Medical Oxygen Plants at its KGF complex in record time under a ToT agreement with Defence Bio-Engineering & Electro Medical Laboratory (DEBEL), Bengaluru under DRDO. The first set of Medical Oxygen Plant has been rolled out and is being delivered to Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, Koppal. BEML has received orders for 100 nos. from DEBEL in May 21, under ‘PM Cares’ fund and the same is expected to be supplied by end July 2021.
NTPC: Energy Efficiency Services (EESL), a joint venture of four PSUs including NTPC, Power Finance Corporation, Rural Electrification Corporation & Power Grid Corporation, has partnered with the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) for implementation of energy efficient and clean energy solutions in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) space.
Tata Motors: Tata Motors’ wholly-owned arm, TML Holdings (TMLH) has raised $425 million (over Rs 3,100 crore) in unsecured notes. The proceeds from the notes issuance will be used by TMLH for refinancing the outstanding syndicated loan facility of GBP 225 million, for meeting the issue expenses and for other general corporate purposes.
NLC India: The company has raised Rs 650 crore through Commercial Paper and allotted 13,000 Nos. of Commercial Paper of a face value of Rs 5,00,000 each on June 2, 2021.
