India Pesticides: Shares of India Pesticides to list on bourses on Monday. Earlier, the initial public offer (IPO) of the company was earlier subscribed 29 times. The Rs 800-crore IPO received bids for 56,07,11,650 shares against 1,93,10,345 shares on offer, as per NSE data.

Vodafone Idea: Vodafone Idea can raise funds through equity sale or promoters can infuse capital which can be used for clearing dues, non-profit entity Telecom Watchdog said in a letter to telecom minister while demanding rejection of the debt-ridden company’s request seeking more time to pay dues of Rs 8,292 crore. Vodafone Idea (Vi) has approached the government to seek one-year moratorium on payment of spectrum instalment of over Rs 8,200 crore, due in April 2022.

HDFC: The country’s largest mortgage lender HDFC Ltd on Friday said it earned Rs 263 crore as profit on sale of investments during the first quarter of the current financial year.

HCL as a partner will enable Fiskars to standardize and harmonize their IT and business processes, drive operating model transformation and increase overall digital maturity.

SML Isuzu: The company has reported rise of 39% in June 2021 sales. The company has sold 258 vehicles in June 2021 against 186 vehicles in June 2020. Total sales from April to June 2020 stood at 812 units.

Dixon Technologies: Dixon Technologies has received approval from Government of India under Production Linked Incentive Scheme for IT hardware manufacturing under ‘Domestic Companies’ category.

Omaxe: Omaxe has sold properties worth Rs 2,051 crore in FY2020-21, up 18 per cent from the previous fiscal, mainly on the back of better demand for its commercial projects in the national capital and Chandigarh. In volume terms, however, sales fell to 2.73 million sq ft from 4.99 million sq ft. Omaxe delivered only 2.71 million sq ft across various projects in FY21 as against 6.51 million sq ft in the previous fiscal because of the nationwide lockdown to control the Covid-19 pandemic.
