Tata Consultancy Services, Shyam Metalics: IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and smallcap firm Shyam Metalics will announce Q1 result today, 8 July 2021.

HDFC, HOECL: Housing finance major HDFC Ltd on Wednesday said it has divested 2.46% of its stake in Hindustan Oil Exploration Company (HOECL) for Rs 37 crore. HDFC held 1,48,26,303 equity shares of HOECL.

Jindal Steel and Power: Steel maker Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) on Wednesday posted a record 20% growth in its steel output to 2.01 million tonnes (MT) in April-June quarter of the ongoing fiscal. The company had produced 1.67 MT of steel in same of period of financial year 2020-21, JSPL said in a statement.

PNB Housing Finance: The company on Wednesday said its promoter Punjab National Bank has asked it to consider restructuring the proposed Rs 4,000 crore capital infusion deal led by US-based Carlyle group.

REC: The company has priced $ 400,000,000, 2.75% Reg. S Notes due 2027 on 6th July, 2021 under its $7 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme (the ‘Notes’). The notes will mature on 13th January, 2027 and all principal and interest payments will be made in US Dollars. The settlement date for the notes is expected to be 13th July, 2021.

RailTel: RailTel Corporation of India has received a work order amounting to Rs. 23.43 crore (Excluding GST) from M/s Sagar Cable Network towards providing of Multicast drop and carry with 1.5G capacity at 66 locations for a period of 5 years.

Bajaj Healthcare: The company has received a licence from DRDO to Manufacture and Market of “2-Deoxy-D-Glucose” (2-DG) as approved medication for the treatment of Covid-19 patients.

Zuari Global: Zuari Global said that the company has acquired 13.19% shares of Forte Furniture Products India from Indian Furniture Products (IFPL) subsidiary of the company.

KPR Mill: KPR Mill will consider the proposal for sub-division of the face value of the equity shares on July 27.
