Key equity indices BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty ended flat after a volatile trade on Wednesday, tracking negative global cues.
The overall market breadth was positive as 1,812 stocks on the BSE advanced, while 1,366 declined and 165 were unchanged.
After hitting intra-day low of 57,924.48, the BSE Sensex closed 29.22 points or 0.05% lower at 58,250.26
The brokerage firm further added that the company's future growth and potential entry into other businesses trump the revenue growth of peers
Sensex advanced 59 points or 0.10% to 58,339 and the Nifty 50 was quoting at 17,372 higher by 10 points or 0.06%.
Mudit Goyal of SMC Global Securities is positive on LIC Housing Finance with a target price of Rs 436.
The benchmarks indices snapped their three-day rising streak and ended almost flat after a volatile session on Tuesday.
In Asia, stock exchanges in Shanghai, Tokyo and Hong Kong ended in the green, while Seoul closed in the red.
